Senior Game Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Game Designer to develop driving games on next-generation consoles. The candidate must be able to communicate game vision to other game designers and the development team. He or she will also be responsible for creating, analyzing, and editing design documents.

Requirements:
4+ years game design experience including experience on at least two shipped games.
Driving game design experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Works well in a team environment.
Takes and understands direction well, meets deadlines and handles multiple tasks.
Able to quickly master proprietary tools and development processes.
Passionate about playing and making console games.
Obssessed with getting details right.

Pluses:
Strong technical knowledge
Shooter game design experience
Online game design experience (e.g. online careers, persistent worlds, community features)
Experience from other entertainment media: screenwriting, editing, television, filmmaking, music production, etc.
Project scheduling experience
