My client seeks to hire a motivated Sales Manager to run a 10 -12 person national team (satelite offices across the provinces).

The company is very well established, very profitable and a has grown steadily for the past 5 years with offices across the globe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong success record for maintaining and growing sales numbers in large and mid-size enterprise accounts. Mentorship, training your team and motivating others and clients are key factors. My client seeks a hands-on coach to take an existing successful team and maximize their abilities creatively and strategically.

Industry specialization in job-boards, recruiting, HR software, HR/Billings service providers and professional services may all be relevant to this position.

Comp: Great Base, Super bonuses/commissions etc place the package between $125k-$175k
